BIOGRAPHY

He was born in Neuquén, Patagonia Argentina, where he began studying classical guitar with the maestro Hugo Berbel at age of 10 and in 2000 he graduated from the National Conservatory of Buenos Aires with Medal of Honor, where he studied under the guidance of Graciela Pomponio.
In 2014 he received the Bachelor of Musical Arts obtaining the highest grade granted by the National University of Art (UNA).
Between 2003 and 2005 he settled in Salzburg, Austria, to pursue a Postgraduate degree at the prestigious Mozarteum Salzburg University where he studied under the tutelage of the internationally renowned professor and concertist Isabel Siewers. During those years he performed numerous concerts in the main cities of that country (such as Vienna, Innsbruck, Salzburg, among others).
In 2009 he undertook an extensive tour; the first of several, for Spain, France, Italy, Austria and Slovenia presenting their Album "Guitar" dedicated to Argentine composers, with notable success of the public and specialized critics. His concerts have also led him to perform in important halls in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, Portuga, Liechtensteinl and Germany.
Throughout his extensive career he has recorded more than 10 albums and has been a soloist of the most important concerts for guitar and orchestra such as the Aranjuez Concert and the Fantasy for a Genitlhombre by Joaquín Rodrigo, the Guitar Concert by Heitor Villa-Lobos and the Concert in D Major by Mario Castelnuevo-Tedesco. The latter was recorded with the Neuquen Symphony Orchestra and the album was nominated for Best Album for the "Gardel" awards in Argentina.
Parallel to his performance as a concert performer, he has taught numerous Masterclass in Argentina and throughout Europe, including his participation in the Conservatory of Vorarlberg (Austria), in the Conservatory of Music in Vigo (Spain) and in the prestigious festival "Liechtensteiner Gitarrentage ”(Liechtenstein), in which he not only taught but also shared the stage with great guitar masters such as David Russell, Álvaro Pierri, Hopkinson Smith and Dale Kavanagh, among others.
From 2001 to 2003 he taught at the Patagonian University Institute of the Arts and from 2005 to date he is Professor of Classical Guitar at the Higher School of Music of Neuquén and Plottier.
He currently distributes his artistic career as a concert performer between Argentina, Germany, Austria and Spain.
